Blender is the open source software for 3D modeling, animation, rendering, post-production, interactive creation and playback. Available for all major operating systems under the GNU Public License.

You can download Blender free of charge on [[http://www.blender.org/|www.blender.org]]. On the Blender site you will also find [[http://www.blender.org/features-gallery/gallery/art-gallery/|a gallery with cool Blender art]].

===== Goals =====

The immediate plan is to learn how to use Blender and create some Compsoc related images and animations for potential promotional use for the society. There is also the possibility of a stream of tutorials.
