It's that time of year again, time to elect a new committee for the year 2010/2011.

We'll be doing that at 7pm, Wednesday 31st, in Meeting Room2 in Aras Na MacLeinn.

This year has been great, we've seen the number of regular members go up, and we've organised lots of cool events, like Bot Wars a couple of weeks ago.

If you'd be interested in joining the committee for next year and helping out with events, or coming up with ideas for new events, come along next Wednesday at 7pm. There'll be another email closer to the date with the location for the meeting.

We're always looking for people to help out with committee positions, if you think you'd be good at any of the positions below, come along to the meeting and put yourself forward!

The positions on the committee are;

Auditor - The head honcho, looks after running the society, making sure things are done.

Vice - Auditor - Helps out the auditor, also a bit of a jack of all trades

Treasurer - Looks after the purse strings, making sure any money the society spends is accounted for

Secretary - Takes minutes at committee meetings, also handles contacting other societies etc

PRO - Takes care of advertising, makes sure that people know all about the events, handles the society twitter and facebook accounts and sends out emails every week

Gaming Coordinator - Frags noobs, also organizes gaming, makes sure that there are consoles for gaming on Mondays, and that nights in Squareyes go ahead.

OCM(s) - Ordinary Committee Members, we really couldn't live without a few OCMs, they help out other committee members and do general society stuff.
